Adorable Little Things provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you will be seen to have accepted these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is accurate and that there will be somebody available to sign for the delivery of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of a courier or Royal Mail.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or by e-mail of the problem within 24hours of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days of the date on which you placed the order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately.

Payment

Payment must be received in whole for the items that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide in your order form.

Payment Methods
We accept payment via PayPal, the leading Internet payment scheme who accept the following credit cards: - Visa, Delta, Visa Electron & MasterCard. 

We also accept cheques, cash and postal orders. If sending cash or postal orders, these must be sent via Recorded Delivery or an equivalent secure method. Cheques must be made payable to Adorable Little Things.
 
You will be given a unique order number when you go to the checkout, please write this on the back of your cheque, postal orders or any correspondence. We will always acknowledge receipt of your payment.

How can I cancel?

To cancel an order please email or telephone us as soon as possible. It is helpful if you have the order reference number. Any order may be cancelled before despatch for a full refund.

Returns

Refunds on goods despatched will be made as soon as the goods are returned, provided that the goods are in their original condition and within 7 working days of you receiving the ordered goods. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense. We cannot refund postage. There are no refunds on personalised items. There are no returns on International orders.

Email Address

Adorable Little Things uses your e-mail address as a convenient way to contact you about your order. From time to time, we may contact you to let you know about new collections and gift ideas. We will not pass your details on to any other third parties.

Sterling Silver

Over a period of time all silver products are prone to tarnish. We recommend you gently polish your jewellery with a soft, non- abrasive silver polish cloth to restore its shine.
